whileaway
The feed only you can publish to.
The feed only you can publish to.
One feed where only you reach you. Tell your agent a sentence — “push me a stoic quote each morning” — and it fills your feed. Not an ad, not someone else's algorithm. You skim it in the seconds you'd otherwise spend waiting on an AI.

One sentence, over MCP. “Teach me Spanish, spaced over two weeks.”
Your agent pushes cards to a lane; whileaway handles spacing, dedupe and priority.
A card appears while an AI thinks — or in a new tab, in RSS, anywhere.
The recipe
A recipe is the sentence you hand your agent. This is the one that shows off whileaway:
Your agent turns it into one push_deck call. whileaway drips the cards ~once a day for two weeks — spaced repetition, no scheduling engine.
One feed, any surface
Your feed is an API, not an app. Every surface is a thin client of one endpoint (GET /v1/feed/next).
It's one HTTP GET, so any client works. The extension adds a new-tab surface too — a card every time you open a tab. Launch surface #1 is the seconds you wait on an AI; we start there, not married to it. Native is on the way.

Why now
Person-controls-their-inputs already existed — it was RSS. It lost to algorithmic feeds on labor, not ideology: curating your own inputs was work, and platforms made passivity free. Your agent now does that labor. Filling your own feed used to cost effort per card; with MCP it costs one sentence per intent. The idea was right for twenty years and only became practical about eighteen months ago.
Start your feed
Sign in with a magic link. No password.
1Your access token
One secret that lets your agent (and the extension) reach your feed. Treat it like a password.
2Connect the extension
Copy this one setup code and paste it into the whileaway browser extension — it fills in your URL and token in one step.
No extension yet? It shows a card in the seconds you wait on an AI. (Chrome Web Store link coming at launch.)
3Connect your agent
Point your MCP client at your feed, then just tell it what to send you.
Then say: “Add 20 cards teaching me basic Spanish greetings to my whileaway, spaced over two weeks.”
Is it working?
The last cards delivered to your feed. This updates as your agent pushes and as you view cards.
Your lanes
Lanes in your feed. Mute anything you don't want right now.
Someone shared a public lane (e.g. owner_default:hackernews or its RSS link)? Paste it to add it to your feed.
